CARFREIGHT REFERRAL PLAN
Incentives:
- For the Referrer: A Visa E-card worth $35 USD will be sent to the email address provided as a reward for your successful referral.
- For the Referrer:
- A discount of $25 USD will be applied to the cost of the overseas shipping service.
- If the contracted service is only ground transportation (inland), the discount of $25 USD will be applied to the value of the deposit.

- Car Freight shipping Inc.'s referral program applies exclusively to customers who recommend and refer new customers to our land or sea transportation services.
- The benefits offered to referrals are exclusive and not cumulative. They cannot be combined with other services of Car Freight Shipping Inc. or be transferred to third parties.
- The referred person must identify the referrer at the beginning of the negotiation process.
- The benefit will be valid only when the referred party makes full payment for the service and the vehicle has begun land or sea transit.
- If the referrer cancels the service under any circumstances, all benefits offered to both the referrer and the referred will be lost.
- Car Freight Shipping Inc. will be able to monitor and corroborate the information and operation of the referenced, so in case of detecting any irregular situation, Car Freight Shipping Inc. reserves the right to reject the records or access to the Car Freight Shipping Inc. solution and if necessary take appropriate legal action.
- By virtue of what is stated in the immediately preceding paragraph, Car Freight Shipping Inc. is released from all liability for any damages that may be caused by such actions.For the referrer, there will be no limit to the number of referrals, i.e., he/she will be able to recommend all prospective customers or users who do not have and have not had a service order with Car Freight Shipping Inc. and wish to transport their vehicle.
- Car Freight Shipping Inc. reserves the right to cancel, suspend or not perform any of the services described, in case of non-compliance with the conditions described or any other conditions that are not stipulated in this document and may result in such non-compliance.
- By participating in this "program" you agree to the application of these rules in all their terms and authorize the processing of your personal data at the discretion and in favor of Car Freight Shipping INC.

Terms and conditions:
- Promotion valid from November 3 to November 30, 2024.
- To access this promotion you must pay in full for the services to be taken during this period of time.
- Shipment can be made from November 3, 2024 through February 15, 2025. After this date, charges at regular rates will apply.
- Promotion valid for operable cars and without additional charge.
- This promotion does not include the rate applicable to hybrid and electric vehicles.
- For the SJU TO PENN route does not include payment of Vacis exam.
- All promoted services are subject to T & C cancellation fees according to the service contract.
